We charge a standard price of € 4.95 for shipping within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands you pay the full shipping costs. When you order a product from us, we package your product securely and with great care. We will ship it the next day after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
We ship our packages with TNT and from the moment we offer the following day it typically comes at a PostNL location. PostNL delivered between 09:00 and 21:30 and on Saturdays between 9:00 and 17:00.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. If we ship your order by parcel, we will state in this message the Track & Trace code with which you can track the status of your order. You can then track your order directly on the Woolskins / Myparcel website. This way you can see exactly on which day your package will be delivered.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will offer your package again the next working day. You can then pick up the package at a PostNL service point.
You will receive a message from the postman about where you can pick up the package. Do not forget to bring your proof of identity because you must show this at the service point. You can pick up the package for three weeks, then your order will be returned to Woolskins.
